Requirements

  • High-performance individual capable of proactively engaging with Visa clients (issuers, acquirers, merchants) in the Andean region
  • Ability to create sales pipelines, deliver, implement, and execute projects and solutions
  • Expertise in developing initiatives for sustainable and profitable growth
  • Skills in supporting design, implementation, and execution of VCA’s recommendations
  • Experience shaping delivery frameworks and methodologies
  • Ability to lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign projects, process improvements, and enablement programs
  • Proficiency in combining business intelligence with Visa’s data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, digital platforms, program capabilities, best practices, and partnerships
  • Capability to develop innovative and value-added use cases for VIS practice, ensuring smooth execution across design, planning, selling, and execution stages
  • Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks, best practices, and capabilities for program and project management
  • Experience tracking and measuring program KPIs, establishing A/B testing, and using reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze results and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong collaboration skills as a liaison with functional teams across local, regional, and global groups
  • Client-facing expertise in cultivating and managing a pipeline of work, from identifying opportunities onward

Responsibilities

  • Understand partner needs and plan agile delivery leveraging frameworks, best practices, and capabilities
  • Provide guidance, oversight, and accountability for programs, including coordination with internal teams and external providers
  • Establish project timelines and ensure execution meets quality standards and deadlines
  • Track and measure program KPIs and establish A/B testing to determine cause-effect relationships
  • Leverage reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) to design and disseminate program facts and results
  • Analyze results, provide insights, and foster continuous improvement
  • Serve as liaison with functional teams to ensure consistency and collaborative environment across Visa’s groups
  • Cultivate and manage a pipeline of work with clients, from identifying potential opportunities onward
  • Proactively engage with Visa clients to develop and deliver high-impact projects
  • Develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, positioning Visa as the preferred partner
