Requirements

  • University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate/Surveying/Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of proven track record of delivering high-quality valuation reports for a diverse range of property types in Hong Kong
  • Valuation related experience from Lands Department is an asset
  • Excellent understanding of real estate markets, valuation methodologies and industry regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as MRICS or MHKIS, are highly desirable
  • Good command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese or Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Execute valuation and land consultancy projects, and deliver accurate reports
  • Perform thorough due diligence on property details
  • Provide advisory on land-related matters, including but not limited to lease modifications, premium assessments, and land resumption issues
  • Conduct site visits, either in Hong Kong or other countries as required, and to collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports
  • Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
