Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of fullstack software engineering experience, building and shipping complex, user-facing products
Expertise in a modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte) and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java)
Demonstrated experience (professional or personal projects) building apps

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of the complete user-facing experience for our AI-agentic systems, from concept to deployment
Build novel, conversational, and multi-modal web user interfaces that go beyond traditional forms and buttons
Architect and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that connect the frontend to our core AI models and agentic logic
Rapidly prototype and iterate on new, ambiguous product concepts, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate the unknown
Champion best practices for the full lifecycle of AI-native applications, including testing, monitoring, security, and scalability
Mentor other engineers, helping to elevate the team's ability to think about and build for the AI-agentic era
Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including on-call rotations
Regular travel to our Mountain View headquarters for planning workshops and team collaboration sessions
Other duties as assigned
