Requirements

Experienced in leading and developing a global team responsible for sourcing, contract and pricing negotiations, procurement, material planning, and warehouse operations
Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
Proven experience managing suppliers, processes, and teams in a fast-paced, global environment
Ability to establish and manage supplier relationships for low volume take-up of high technology products in collaboration with engineering
Capability to manage agile and adaptive supply chains responding to sporadic demand and evolving designs

Responsibilities

Own and drive alignment between Supply Chain and cross-functional teams from the New Product Introduction (NPI) stage onward, ensuring early understanding of requirements, timelines, and material readiness
Lead and empower the team to deliver results through clear ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparent communication, timely escalation, and balanced trade-off decisions
Serve as the key liaison between Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to support successful delivery of program milestones
Ensure suppliers are prepared and aligned to meet technical, quality, and delivery requirements for development and production phases
Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy that optimizes cost, quality, delivery, and scalability to support business growth and operational excellence
Lead supplier negotiations and establish commercial frameworks that deliver favorable outcomes and long-term partners
