As a Manager of Solutions Architects at Grafana Labs, you will lead a team of technologists focused on driving successful business outcomes in the observability domain. You will collaborate directly with key clients to deploy and enhance Grafana technologies, championing observability best practices. This role involves crafting Statements of Work (SOWs), advocating for technological advancements to the Products team, resourcing and managing customer projects, driving operational scale, and managing customer escalations. You will also work closely with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product teams to build resilient observability solutions.
