Requirements

Candidates must have 12+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements through product development. A minimum of 5 years of people management experience is required, along with experience overseeing a portfolio of products throughout the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Candidates should also have experience in driving iterative improvements to KPIs and building highly reliable, mission-critical products, coupled with strong strategy and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Software Product Management will lead a team of Product Managers serving the Software groups, including AI, Perception, and Infrastructure. They will establish and define metrics and KPIs to measure the health and performance of tools and drive improvements to these KPIs. The manager will oversee the roadmaps of partner engineering teams, collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Technical Program management to track and execute progress, and ensure alignment on roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and progress with Engineers.
