Responsibilities

  • Manage the Invoicing and Jobber Payments Engineering teams
  • Work alongside peers from Product Management, Design, Fintech stakeholders, and the Engineering Leadership team to build tools that help home and field service companies be financially successful
  • Support and develop team members' skills and careers
  • Help team members set goals, conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Act as a mentor and coach to empower employees' career journeys
  • Participate in recruiting events and the hiring process
  • Develop a world-class Fintech team by leveling up internal talent and implementing new processes
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering
