Experience leading and managing software engineering teams (e.g., Invoicing and Jobber Payments Engineering teams)

Responsibilities

Manage the Invoicing and Jobber Payments Engineering teams
Work alongside peers from Product Management, Design, Fintech stakeholders, and the Engineering Leadership team to build tools that help home and field service companies be financially successful
Support and develop team members' skills and careers
Help team members set goals, conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide constructive feedback and coaching
Act as a mentor and coach to empower employees' career journeys
Participate in recruiting events and the hiring process
Develop a world-class Fintech team by leveling up internal talent and implementing new processes
Report to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering
