Requirements

Serve as a highly technical, hands-on software engineer, dedicating at least 50% time to coding, design, prototyping, and technical guidance
Recruit, coach, inspire, and develop team members
Champion engineering excellence, continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation
Lead by example, ensuring team alignment with company mission and goals, and ownership of deliverables
Act as technical expert in discussions, provide strategic direction, and bring in expertise
Communicate and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (engineering, product, QA, business)
Oversee design and code reviews, ensuring high code coverage, unit testing, and best practices
Champion agile practices, coordinate execution, set/monitor OKRs, ensure on-time delivery
Partner with product teams on customer needs and scalable solutions
Engage in process improvements, leadership training, people processes, and company goals
Maintain engaged team climate, measure/improve satisfaction, model communication/ownership, adapt to trends
Ready to work in second shift
