Requirements

  • Technologies like GenAI, AIOps, React.js/Angular, D3.js/Chart.js, Node.js, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JS, REST API, databases like SQL Server, Python, API Integration, middleware, Git, MSSQL experience, Python
  • Technologies like GenAI, AIOps, Breadth of technologies, across programming, AI, Azure, RESTful API design principles, Python (Flask or Django), Redis, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch for deep learning models, Machine Learning, Kubernetes, Dockers, Git, PyCharm, SSL/TLS for secure communication, OWASP principles for web application security
  • Utilizing Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab to manage and track code changes
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting modern software architectural principles and patterns (REST, domain-driven design, Devops, microservices, etc.)
  • Experience with front-end web application technologies (JavaScript, CSS, html5, React, other UI Frameworks etc.)
  • Experience with implementing and integrating AI, Machine Learning, GenAi, AI Ops and related data solutions preferred
  • Experience working in a technical leadership role with agile teams in a product model
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple peers and cross-functional partners
  • Proven experience delivering complex enterprise business process automation solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable solutions for well-defined business challenges with minimal guidance
  • Lead development and delivery of technical solutions that meet business needs and align with Nike’s architectural standards
  • Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions
  • Drive knowledge-sharing across the team through learning sessions, deep dives, and retrospectives
  • Take full ownership of features and solutions spanning 2–3 sprint cycles
  • Contribute to innovation by facilitating brainstorming and crowdsourcing of new ideas
  • Work across teams finding appropriate use cases for Automation (requiring internal marketing & people skills)
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and fellow engineers to build scalable, secure, and performant solutions
  • Mentor junior teammates and share best practices across the organization
