Requirements

  • 3+ years experience leading software development engineering teams, fostering high-performing and engaged teams focused on delivering high-quality software
  • 8+ years experience in software development engineering, including architecting, building, and scaling robust and efficient software systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading impactful engineering teams
  • 10+ years experience developing commercial web applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UI developers
  • Drive the team’s technical strategy in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, reusable React components and applications
  • Oversee the migration of legacy components
  • Partner closely with product management stakeholders to ensure the best possible end-user experience
  • Effectively communicate technical strategy and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment
  • Champion a platform to provide an empowering and efficient developer experience for frontend engineers
  • Contribute to and uphold engineering best practices in testing, performance, and code quality
  • Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring clear requirements, effective planning, and timely delivery of technical projects
