Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics, reimbursement, or healthcare consulting
  • Experience managing projects or small teams is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience working with large, complex, or disorganized data sets and translating data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze reimbursement and claims data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to ASP improvement
  • Support the development and implementation of reimbursement strategies based on payor policy changes and regulatory updates
  • Assist in structuring and maintaining reimbursement data to ensure accessibility and accuracy for analysis
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key reimbursement metrics and support decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations to team members and management, focusing on ASP and reimbursement KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, Finance, Legal, Product, Medical Affairs, Lab Operations) to support payor contract performance and alignment with ASP goals
  • Participate in projects to optimize reimbursement processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and support special projects as needed
