Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required, along with at least five years of experience with NERC reliability standards. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organization and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills. The role also requires the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and be detail-oriented. Clearway will not sponsor non-immigrant visas for this position.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Regulatory Compliance will assist in managing the electric regulatory compliance program, focusing on NERC 693 requirements and EIA submissions. This includes facilitating compliance with NERC, FERC, state, and ISO/RTO electric regulatory requirements, managing NERC compliance matters for registered entities, and preparing NERC and EIA submittals. Responsibilities also involve assisting with NERC and electric regulatory audits, developing and maintaining compliance procedures, maintaining documentation for compliance demonstration, and staying knowledgeable about electric regulatory developments. The role includes identifying regulatory impacts, participating in industry forums, coordinating compliance training, and communicating with stakeholders to manage the compliance program and resolve issues.
