Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage creative and design projects from brief to delivery
  • Work closely with campaign managers, marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
  • Meet and manage creative service revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules
  • Allocate resources effectively across creative, design, copywriting, and production teams
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
  • Serve as the central point of contact between account managers, creatives, marketing managers, and production teams internally and externally
  • Facilitate daily status meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities and deadlines
  • Track team capacity and availability to optimize workload distribution
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Implement and refine traffic systems and tools to improve efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to agency processes and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of project timelines, deliverables, and resource usage
