Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations at the store level, including prescriptions, inventory control, and customer service
  • Maintain pharmacy compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
  • Process and fulfill prescription requests efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain pharmacy records, including customer profiles, insurance forms, and inventory
  • Manage pharmacy programs, such as security measures and immunizations
  • Prepare responses to third-party pharmacy audits
  • Meet or exceed company established pharmacy operation metrics
  • Provide leadership and development to pharmacy associates
  • Implement the Company service program and maintain high standards of service
  • Manage department budget and monitor performance
  • Maintain current knowledge of legal regulations and industry trends
