The ability to work collaboratively and independently is also necessary.
The Manager People Communications will develop and lead client relationships, delivering brand and talent marketing solutions to drive direct hiring and enhance the quality of hire. This role involves internal and external communications planning, support, and development, collaborating with creative, brand, social, and RPO teams. Responsibilities include supporting the Rolls Royce account, ensuring senior leadership is informed of communication developments, engaging with international communications leadership for agenda alignment, and preparing presentations for stakeholders and the wider business. The role also involves supporting the Brand and Digital team with presentations related to brand and talent acquisition engagement.
