Manager of Partnerships - Instagram Influencer Program

Position Overview

Thrive Market is seeking a Manager of Partnerships to lead our Instagram influencer program. This role will focus on managing both organic partnerships and paid usage to efficiently drive high-quality new members. The ideal candidate will own strategy and execution across Instagram, collaborating with creators to produce high-performing content for their channels and for paid campaigns across Meta.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management: Own and manage an existing pipeline of Instagram partnerships, negotiating and scheduling content-rich campaigns to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • New Partner Acquisition: Actively recruit new partners leveraging existing relationships across Instagram to scale the budget.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize partner performance by developing new creative assets, conducting landing page and funnel testing, and implementing other operational levers to achieve success on all campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze and deliver actionable insights on campaign performance based on data and goal KPIs.
  • Paid Collaboration: Collaborate with the Acquisition team to book and scale top-performing influencer content across Meta (via darkposting, whitelisting, etc.).
  • Compliance: Ensure influencer usage rights, disclosures, and legal terms are consistently tracked and managed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, with a mandatory focus on Instagram and preferred experience in Paid Media.
  • Performance Driven: Motivated by KPIs, with a proven track record of managing creator campaigns that deliver on performance goals, including experience with UGC, whitelisting, and darkposting for paid social.
  • Influencer Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Instagram influencer ecosystem, with a strong perspective on content that performs on both Paid and Organic Influencer channels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable moving at a start-up pace (FAST!) and possess confident, outgoing, and persistent follow-up skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to flex communication styles between team members, executives, agents, and high-powered influencers.
  • Organization: Highly organized, with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Process Orientation: Task-oriented and capable of keeping oneself and others on track.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for health and wellness, and excitement to grow the Thrive Market community and contribute to positive change for members and the environment.
