Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses over 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a mandatory focus on Instagram and preferred paid experience. They must demonstrate proven success managing creator campaigns that achieve performance goals, including experience with UGC, whitelisting, and darkposting for paid social. A deep understanding of the Instagram influencer ecosystem and a strong perspective on high-performing content for both paid and organic channels are essential. The candidate should be comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and exhibit a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

This role involves owning and managing the Instagram influencer program, including negotiating and scheduling organic and paid partnerships to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Responsibilities include actively recruiting new influencer partners, optimizing partner performance through creative asset development and funnel testing, and analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights. The Manager will collaborate with the Acquisition team to scale top-performing influencer content across Meta platforms and ensure the consistent tracking and management of influencer usage rights, disclosures, and legal terms.
