Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. They must have at least five years of experience in order management or billing, including a minimum of two years in a people management role. Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP is required.
The Order Management Manager – Domestic will lead and manage a team of domestic order specialists, overseeing the end-to-end order processing workflow for all U.S.-based customer orders. This includes ensuring timely and accurate order entry, validation, and processing, coordinating across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Logistics teams. The role involves maintaining compliance with SOX controls, Axon's booking policy, and audit requirements, driving continuous improvement in order processes, systems, and reporting tools, and supporting go-live operations for new product offerings. They will also collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve order discrepancies and provide regular metrics and insights to leadership.
