Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. They must have at least five years of experience in order management or billing, including a minimum of two years in a people management role. Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP is required.

Responsibilities

The Order Management Manager – Domestic will lead and manage a team of domestic order specialists, overseeing the end-to-end order processing workflow for all U.S.-based customer orders. This includes ensuring accurate order entry, validation, and processing, coordinating across various teams, and maintaining compliance with SOX controls, Axon’s booking policy, and audit requirements. The role involves driving continuous improvement in order processes, systems, and reporting tools, monitoring order volumes and performance, and supporting go-live operations for new offerings. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve discrepancies and provide training and development opportunities for the order management team.
