Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining operational controls and standards
  • Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices impacting LMD
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform operational strategies
  • Support the rollout of new operational controls in partnership with Operations and Technology teams
  • Maintain documentation and ensure controls are implemented effectively and consistently
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Government Policy teams to align on requirements
  • Coordinate meetings and provide updates to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Track and report on control performance and key metrics
  • Help identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to compliance standards
