Requirements

Experience leading and mentoring OT engineering teams, including hiring direct and dotted line reports
Ability to partner with corporate IT and international P&L owners on roadmaps, budgets, and run books
Expertise in building team cultures focused on operational excellence and client outcomes
Knowledge of custom OS builds, kernel compilation, and Python-based development tooling
Experience operating imaging environments with cross-site file synchronization and golden image governance
Proficiency managing multi-campus networks (100+ switches, thousands of ports, IDFs, fiber/copper cabling, structured standards)
Skills in delivering remote client connectivity (VPNs, custom networks, VM provisioning)
Experience managing on-premises Nutanix clusters for production tooling and remote access
Ability to maintain Jira and Confluence environments
Expertise in network hardening (segmentation, Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Cisco DNA)
Knowledge of maintaining firewall rules, licensing, client updates, and VPN resilience
Experience operating GitLab for CI/CD and source control (permissions, updates, monitoring)
Skills in backup policy execution and DR planning/testing to RPO/RTO
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems (preferred)
Ability to partner on capacity planning, capital investments, and facility optimization
Collaboration experience with product/software teams on automation and emerging tech (liquid cooling, AI/HPC)
Coordination skills with telecom providers, construction partners, and clients for circuits and connectivity

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor an OT engineering team across U.S. and European integration centers; start with two direct reports and hire to support global expansion
Partner closely with corporate IT and international Foundry P&L owners on OT roadmaps, budgets, and run books
Build a client outcome-focused team culture obsessed with operational excellence
Own roadmap, uptime, and feature velocity for Forge, the automated test and verification platform
Direct custom OS builds, kernel compilation, and Python-focused tooling for imaging and testing
Operate the imaging environment, including cross-site file synchronization and golden image governance
Operate multi-campus core networks (100+ switches, thousands of ports/devices, IDFs, cabling standards)
Deliver remote client connectivity with VPNs, custom networks, and VM provisioning for staging
Manage on-premises Nutanix clusters hosting production tooling and remote access
Maintain and manage Jira and Confluence for the Foundry team
Harden Foundry networks/platforms using segmentation, Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, and Cisco DNA
Maintain firewall rules, licensing, client updates, and VPN resilience
Operate GitLab for CI and source control, including permissions, updates, and monitoring
Own backup policy and execution across OT systems; plan, implement, and test DR to RPO/RTO
Operate within ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified facility
Partner with Foundry Operations on capacity planning, capital investments, and facility layout optimization
Collaborate with Product and Software teams to extend automation and integrate technologies like liquid cooling and AI/HPC benchmarking
Coordinate with telecom providers, construction partners, and clients for circuits, cross-connects, and pathways
Collaborate with internal engineering and systems verification teams on testing standards and new hardware introductions
