Candidates need 7+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle integration, propulsion testing, avionics testing, or related operations, plus 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams. A strong technical background in aerospace vehicle build-up, integration procedures, test campaign execution, and familiarity with propulsion systems, avionics, fluid systems, and GSE is required.
The role involves fostering a strong culture of discipline, safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the technician team.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience building and testing hardware in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment, along with expertise in developing workflows, test documentation, and build/test readiness processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred, with bonus for experience in launch vehicles, propulsion systems, or flight test programs.
