A degree in Engineering or other technical subject is required, with a Master's degree as an asset, along with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in satellite communications related to market access, domestic/regional regulatory framework/forums and the application of the ITU Radio Regulations.
The role requires strong technical, regulatory research and analysis skills, excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and excellent verbal and written skills in English. Being a team player is also essential.
