Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
10+ years of relevant marine engineering experience, including supervisory or management roles
Proven expertise with LNG terminals, port infrastructure, or similar large marine projects
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the marine engineering team, ensuring high performance and technical quality
Oversee the design and engineering of marine structures including docks, berths, jetties, and marine terminals
Supervise development and integration of marine systems for LNG export facilities
Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (USCG, ABS, etc.)
Interface with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align marine engineering efforts with project objectives and schedules
Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables for marine engineering activities
Lead risk assessments, safety reviews, and constructability analyses
Resolve technical challenges during design, construction, and commissioning phases
