Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the labeling team, ensuring productivity and alignment with departmental objectives
  • Drive team performance and operational efficiency by making operational decisions and managing resources and schedules
  • Ensure labeling processes comply with all relevant requirements and support labeling changes and new product launches
  • Provide support and guidance for labeling and production artwork processes, ensuring compliance with global marketing, technical, legal, medical, regulatory, and manufacturing standards
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and compliant labeling processes, contributing to the overall success of the company's product labeling initiatives
  • Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
  • Commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements, meeting individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization
