Responsibilities
The Internal Communications Manager will execute initiatives led by the Internal Communications team, including global campaigns, engaging employees through creative storytelling, managing centralized employee and leader communication resources, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and managing communication channels. They will provide strategic input on messaging and positioning, influence stakeholders, identify and support projects to improve the Internal Communications team, support weekly and quarterly company meetings, actively manage content on the company intranet, and regularly assess the effectiveness of internal communications channels. Additionally, the role involves supporting executives in key business units and collaborating with team members and business partners.
