Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. Fluency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and communicating, is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in Med Tech, Excel proficiency, experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), knowledge of study designs and HEOR approaches, understanding of international health systems and payor relationships, ability to analyze and interpret information, understanding of research methods and publication interpretation, and comfort with managing and manipulating large datasets.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Health Economics/Outcomes Research will support the development and execution of HEOR evidence generation strategies and dissemination activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to align HEOR strategy, contributing to study protocols and analysis plans, initiating and executing health economic analyses, outcomes research, RWE studies, evidence generation, evidence synthesis projects, and market access initiatives. The role also involves supporting the development of value communication resources, presenting HEOR findings internally and externally, managing publication strategies, collaborating with external vendors, applying advanced HEOR knowledge, and integrating health economics endpoints into clinical trials.
