Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with over 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment. A professional accounting designation or MBA is considered an asset, as is experience in the CPG industry or management consulting. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
The Manager, FP&A will support strategic planning and analysis, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models, managing the annual budget and rolling forecasts, tracking KPIs, analyzing performance against budget, and preparing financial reports for management and investors. This role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, communicating financial insights, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
