Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Managers and their engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules

  • Responsible for in-house repair, refurbishment, prototyping, and advanced manufacturing capabilities in the maintenance workshop
  • Optimize resource allocation and manage inventory of spare parts and tools
  • Develop and manage the maintenance, equipment engineering, facilities/utilities, and special projects budget
  • Lead and manage facility upgrade and expansion projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of services
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
