Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or technical support, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, focusing on customer issue verification and resolution. Responsibilities

The Software Support Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of level 3 customer support software engineers, overseeing issue verification, remediation, and ensuring timely resolution. This includes defining and maintaining standard operating procedures, prioritizing tasks, conducting performance evaluations, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, monitoring KPIs, and fostering a collaborative team culture. The manager will also plan staffing requirements, hire skilled team members, and stay current with industry best practices to enhance team capabilities.
