Requirements

  • Completed degree in Engineering or a related field

  • Warehouse Operations skills: Maintains equipment and facilities, performs core warehousing tasks, tracks performance metrics, supports automation initiatives, translates business needs into system specifications
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday and rotating shifts
  • Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León (relocation not offered)

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the distribution center meets operational goals, including budget adherence and cost efficiency
  • Make operational decisions under management guidance to enhance service levels and reduce costs
  • Supervise and inspire distribution center staff through coaching, training, clear communication of expectations, and recognition of outstanding performance
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Implement standards for productivity, quality, and service; identify and resolve issues; contribute performance insights to strategic planning
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed
  • Comply with safety regulations and procedures
