Completed degree in Engineering or a related field
Intermediate/Advanced English

Warehouse Operations skills: Maintains equipment and facilities, performs core warehousing tasks, tracks performance metrics, supports automation initiatives, translates business needs into system specifications
Availability to work Monday through Saturday and rotating shifts
Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León (relocation not offered)

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the distribution center meets operational goals, including budget adherence and cost efficiency
Make operational decisions under management guidance to enhance service levels and reduce costs
Supervise and inspire distribution center staff through coaching, training, clear communication of expectations, and recognition of outstanding performance
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Implement standards for productivity, quality, and service; identify and resolve issues; contribute performance insights to strategic planning
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed
Comply with safety regulations and procedures
