Responsibilities

  • Execute Paid Social and Programmatic strategy and execution across multiple programs (Omni and eCommerce), optimizing performance on platforms like Google DV360, Trade Desk, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and others
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Paid Social and Programmatic plans with broader business objectives and campaign roadmaps
  • Manage digital media budgets, including pacing and channel-level optimization to maximize efficiency and align with omni/eComm goals
  • Provide ongoing campaign reporting, actionable insights, and performance recommendations to drive growth and learning
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, audience innovations, and ad/creative formats to evolve strategies and maintain competitive advantage
