Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Developer Relations, the individual will lead and mentor a team including the Lead Developer Advocate, Senior Community Manager, and Technical Content Manager, setting a vision and roadmap for developer marketing. They will be responsible for speaking at conferences, running workshops, creating demo-rich content, and representing Tailscale in developer communities. Furthermore, they will scale developer programs across North America, Europe, and beyond, improve talk submission processes, measure and track KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure strategic and measurable developer initiatives.
