Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and prefer a Master’s degree or an MBA. They should have at least 6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, demonstrating strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in a statistical programming language such as R or Python is preferred, along with experience in product analytics and A/B testing techniques. A proven track record of using data science/analytics to drive significant business impact and build predictive models is also required.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Data Science – Analytics will demonstrate strong analytical and statistical skills to solve complex business problems and provide data-supported solutions. They will drive product decisions through A/B testing, innovate within the focus category analytics team, develop data products for faster decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges. The role involves serving as a trusted partner, translating analytical results into business insights, creating necessary tools/reports, and working within a hybrid work-from-home model with flexibility for meetings and tasks outside of regular hours.
