Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Business Systems, preferably in SAP environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Expert level understanding of core business processes & system transactions and how master data impacts business activity and performance upstream and downstream

Responsibilities

  • Influence, improve and facilitate documentation and use of the MDM data standards/definitions, process flows and supporting systems to advance master data governance maturity and improve data quality
  • Lead, coach, and train team members, end users, business partners and stakeholders on master data quality processes, tools, metrics and master data lifecycle
  • Create, measure and analyze master data content & quality to identify and drive opportunities to improve quality, accuracy and usability
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with business stakeholders, leaders and end-users across Finance & Accounting, HR, Customer Care, Manufacturing Operations, Global Sourcing, Distribution & Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, and Sales & Marketing
  • Lead implementation of supporting technology and management processes to automate master data quality processes (e.g., software, forms, scripts, macros, workflows, tracking artifacts)
  • Lead discussions and activities with business partners to help them understand data quality, evolve data rules and business processes, improve training, increase adoption and maturity
  • Design, develop, deploy and support processes to capture, access, prioritize data cleansing initiatives
  • Plan, execute and monitor projects for on time, on budget and on scope; provide performance reports, tracking mechanisms, timely reporting of actual vs. forecast time, and input to forecasting
  • Provide accurate estimates and forecasts of resource time and skills for projects
  • Lead definition and communication of data quality metrics to business partners and stakeholders; lead goal setting and implementation of quarterly community of practice meetings
  • Lead research, recommendation, design and implementation of improvements to supporting tools and systems (e.g., identify gaps, assess solutions, vendor partnerships, internal selling, project management)
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across teams
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent
