The Data Platform team builds Jobber’s data infrastructure and systems, drives improved operational outcomes, enhances workflow efficiencies, generates critical business insights, and empowers teams across the organization to leverage data, tools, and technology.
The role involves leading a team of data engineers, partnering with the Technical Program Manager to prioritize initiatives and build quarterly roadmaps, managing team performance, supporting individual growth, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and scaling the team as needed.
