Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Ninja, expertise in SQL Server/Redshift, and strong analytical capabilities. They should have 6+ years of experience in a data team role, with a proven ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and extract information from multiple databases using complex queries and advanced tools. Proficiency in working with high-volume transactional data, organizing and analyzing large datasets with attention to detail, and strong knowledge of analytic tools like Business Objects and Power BI are essential. Experience with Data Warehouse principles, structured and semi-structured data (XML, JSON), ticketing and project management systems (ServiceNow, Jira), effective communication with stakeholders, presentation skills, and strong documentation abilities are also required. The ideal candidate is creative, flexible, eager to learn, and capable of working productively in a multi-project, deadline-driven environment.
The Data Analytics Manager Consultant will provide data reporting functions to business and technical communities using SQL querying. They will liaise with business and technology partners to build insightful analytical solutions, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve them. The role involves identifying areas for operational efficiency improvements through automation and implementing those enhancements. Additionally, the manager will contribute key ideas toward technical solutions and problems.
