Responsibilities

The Manager, Customer Success, SMB will be responsible for managing and growing a team of Customer Success Managers, including recruiting, hiring, and training new members. They will serve as a coach and leader, developing the skills of their CSMs to help customers achieve their desired outcomes. The role involves building, scaling, owning, and optimizing the revenue stream by driving change and maximizing the effectiveness of the Customer Success team to deliver greater value and grow customer accounts. This includes organizing and analyzing customer and product data to identify and implement improvements for revenue growth, and partnering with Operations to design and implement processes, workflows, and automations. The manager will also proactively surface opportunities to expand customer relationships.
