Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Seller Education to shape the API content strategy and vision
- Develop API content style guides and best practices
- Create cross-functional partnerships and work with subject matter experts
- Develop training resources tailored for developer & API audiences
- Plan and produce top-tier educational resources and content experiences (videos, release notes, virtual events, mobile app content, etc.)
- Support new product releases with engaging educational content for Marketplace Learn and Seller
