  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or sustainability) or 6+ years of equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of CR/sustainability experience in communications, marketing and/or branding
  • Preferred: Experience working within a public corporation, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, or as a consultant with a global consulting firm
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Workfront
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with ability to lead and manage complex projects
  • Experience crafting internal communications strategies with the ability to tailor messaging to appropriate audiences
  • Travel Percentage: 10%

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and execute corporate responsibility education awareness campaigns to inform employees, increase engagement, and strengthen company reputation through internal and external messaging
  • Support company-level CR programs by developing and executing detailed communication plans, creating content, tracking metrics, return on investment, and innovating to reach unique audiences
  • Develop and implement communication plans that support CR education and initiatives, including messaging frameworks, visual identity, and toolkits, ensuring alignment with company strategy, brand, and goals
  • Create compelling communication materials such as leader briefs, PowerPoint decks, speaker notes, videos, graphics, and written content
  • Drive employee engagement through dynamic storytelling that highlights CR impact and opportunities
  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to ensure integrated messaging and strategic alignment
  • Support enterprise-wide CR communications planning and execution
  • Manage review and approval processes for internal and external CR materials, ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards
  • Support CR-related change initiatives through targeted communications that help employees understand, adopt, and champion new behaviors, policies, or programs
  • Use data insights to evaluate communication effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on outcomes
  • Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve messaging and channel performance
