Requirements

5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A (preferably Corporate FP&A), with 1-2 years in a leadership or direct people management role
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Advanced financial modeling and presentation skills
Strong expertise in using financial planning systems (preferably Adaptive Insights)
Comfortable manipulating and analyzing large data sets using SQL or other BI tools
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience at B2B technology companies (preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables
Follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data and abide by the company’s data security plan
In person attendance at the Menlo Park, CA office at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities

Own and direct the end to end corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across both the P&L as well as free cash flow, setting standards for accuracy and efficiency
Provide strategic insights into financial performance and key business drivers, challenging assumptions and proactively recommending corrective actions to senior leaders
Develop and deliver high impact financial presentations and analyses for the executives and Board of Directors
Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes (i.e. Adaptive Insights) to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Finance and FP&A to ensure seamless financial close and reporting processes
Team leadership and development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 1-2 FP&A Analysts, providing guidance on financial modeling, career pathing, and best practices
Process ownership: Be the primary owner of key corporate models and processes, ensuring integrity, accuracy, scalability, and standardization
