Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of relevant work experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, demonstrating a proactive ownership mindset and a passion for high-growth tech, FinTech, and traditional FinServices. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to evaluate build/buy/partner scenarios and conduct financial forecasting and valuation modeling.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Corporate Development will partner with leaders across the company to identify strategic opportunities for growth, develop business cases for growth opportunities, lead qualitative and quantitative analyses including build/buy/partner considerations, and manage all stages of a deal process, from sourcing to post-deal integration. They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including VCs, founders, and investment banks, to execute on inorganic growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
