BAC+5 (engineer or architect) with at least 10 years of experience in construction and project management
Managerial skills, piloting and leading project teams with at least 3 years of experience on large-scale projects
Knowledge of construction methods, project management processes, procurement and contract management, construction financing, and commercial practices
Strong collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of The Walt Disney Company and/or Disneyland Paris operations is a plus
Team spirit, curiosity, strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and anticipation abilities
French at advanced level (C1) and English at intermediate-advanced level (B2), with effective oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Report directly to the Senior Manager and manage a team of group leaders, project managers, technical experts, and site coordinators
Collaborate closely with all teams within the direction and with works and operational teams involved in Disney Village
Pilot studies, calls for tenders, and multiple construction works to contribute to the transformation and rehabilitation of assets and commercial spaces according to the General Management's vision and strategy
Use leadership skills to manage the team and collaborate with internal and external partners
Actively pilot the definition and design of projects with internal and external partners, as well as contractualization with third parties
Determine the project organizational structure and team by selecting appropriate internal and external actors
Define project objectives, specifications, and actions: phasing, piloting providers, PRO production (project studies)/DCE (Tender Documents), calls for tenders, negotiation, site management, and handover through dedicated team management
Ensure piloting of planning, phasing, and budget by allocating necessary resources (human, logistical, financial)
Pilot monitoring of actors responsible for works execution, ensuring cost control, technical control, respect of schedules, qualitative and safety requirements through dedicated team management
Measure project progress, cost commitments, and implement appropriate reporting
Identify and prevent deviations to define corrective actions
Drive communication of projects to clients and all instances
