Realize client targeting actions and prospecting
Conduct client presentations, benchmarks, etc
Respond to calls for tenders and propose new market opportunities
Participate in client meetings and commercial events
L'exécution de mandats:
Participate in originating advisory mandates for financing and fundraising in mortgage or corporate financings/refinancings, in France or internationally
Intervene in financial diagnostics and defining financing strategies (preparation and review of business plans, financial modeling, definition of optimal senior/junior/mezzanine/convertible/equity financing structure)
Prepare information memorandums for calls for tenders with preselected financial actors
Establish synthesis of indicative term sheets and recommendations
Contribute to negotiations of firm offers
