Extensive Experience in Effective Communications (reviews others' writing/presentations, adapts for audience, demonstrates empathy/assertiveness, communicates in all directions, uses persuasion, maintains focus)
Extensive Experience in Negotiating (ensures awareness of diverse interests, completes significant negotiations, details risks, protects position for win-win, identifies position impacts, addresses stalemates)
Extensive Experience in Audit and Compliance (manages A&C functions, facilitates compliance initiatives, implements Sarbanes-Oxley changes, contributes to A&C strategies, improves relationships across functions)

Responsibilities

Accountable for the development, communication, and implementation of a worldwide sourcing strategy for a specific category
Identifying performance gaps within the supply base and developing improvement plans for the identified gaps
Collaborating with the Supply Network on risk mitigation and using predictive cost modeling both geographic and component-based
Identifying, developing, and managing a high-performing global supply network for one or more categories leveraging Procurement Classification Codes (PCC)
Manages strategic breakthrough categories to deliver year over year Quality Cost Logistics Development Management (QCLDM) performance improvement
