Requirements

Candidates should possess an MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in business finance, along with a proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence. Strong leadership and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to manage and lead teams, driving individual and team performance, and driving change across multiple departments. Functional/industry experience and expertise in managing operations and driving continuous improvement are essential.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will lead larger or more influential groups at Zinnia, interfacing with other functional teams to maximize efficiency, productivity, and performance, ensuring all operations are running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing the overall finance function for our carrier solution organization, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, US Tax & Compliance, GL Accounting, and Suspense recon. Additionally, you will support and coach existing employees, act as a mentor to less experienced managers, monitor performance, conduct performance reviews, set individual and team goals, participate in the development of organizational goals and objectives, and be accountable for departmental expenses, budgets, and SLA performance. Collaboration with functional teams across the organization to achieve common objectives is also expected.
