Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in a sales leadership or management role. A strong track record in sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry is required, along with excellent leadership, communication, influence, and empathy skills. A coaching mindset and a proven ability to over-perform and manage metrics and quotas are essential. Analytical ability to understand and report team performance is also necessary.
The Manager, Business Development Representatives will lead a team of BDRs to build and deliver a high-quality sales pipeline, consistently exceeding quotas. Responsibilities include executing and refining outbound strategies via cold calls, email, and social media, developing action plans to address performance gaps, and collaborating with Account Executive leadership for a seamless customer journey. The manager will coach and mentor the team on sales techniques and pipeline management, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales for EMEA and working with the Marketing team to build pipeline and execute on business success metrics.
