Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills including communication, influence, and empathy, and a complete culture match with Eventbrite's challenging, dynamic, and people-oriented environment are also required.
The Manager, Business Development Representatives (BDR) - EMEA will lead a team of BDRs to build and deliver a high-quality sales pipeline for the Account Executive team. This includes executing and refining the outbound strategy through cold calls, email, and social media, developing action plans to address performance gaps, and collaborating with Account Executive leadership to ensure a seamless customer journey. The manager will also coach and mentor the team on sales procedures, techniques like BANT and MEDDIC, and pipeline management, while reporting on team performance and pushing the team to beat targets.
