Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or modernization projects
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations such as policy lifecycle, claims, billing, and underwriting
  • Proven experience in business or functional architecture, process design, and technology integration in an enterprise environment
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA, or Agile) are an advantage
  • Experience working with DXC Insurance software solutions or similar core insurance platforms preferred
  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Information Systems, or Insurance) a plus
  • Familiarity with digital insurance technologies, API integration, and data-driven decision-making tools
  • Continuous learner passionate about innovation in the insurance domain

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support business process design and analysis for insurance transformation initiatives across life, property & casualty, and health segments
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements aligned with DXC’s Insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with functional architects, solution designers, and delivery teams to implement scalable and compliant insurance technology solutions
  • Analyze existing insurance workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and integration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business architecture frameworks supporting DXC’s digital insurance ecosystem
  • Ensure alignment with architectural standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Support testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation validation to ensure business objectives are met
  • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and cloud-based insurance platforms
