Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital ad operations with audio/video platforms (experience with a large digital publisher is ideal)
  • Proficiency with Megaphone, Spotify Ad Studio, YouTube Studio, and web ad trafficking tools
  • Strong technical audio/video skills, including troubleshooting tracking issues
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and QA discipline
  • Ability to explain complex ad tech to non-technical teammates and clients
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment where they can influence outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing settings

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and launch audio and video campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth execution from copy to clicktags
  • Implement client pixels/tags and confirm they are firing to prove performance and support renewals
  • Join client onboarding and mid-flight calls to explain tech, manage expectations, and help account managers scope realistic deliverables
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, flag issues early, and deliver accurate reporting
  • Create playbooks, streamline workflows, and improve audio/video ad ops processes
