The Manager of Account Management will communicate the strategy for service delivery for high-visibility and high-touch customer relationships across strategic and account managed teams, understand customer goals and objectives related to revenue cycle management, ensure account managers communicate effectively with assigned accounts and negotiate priorities, develop relationships across departments, proactively manage and track individual contributors' caseloads and performance, recognize and resolve systemic issues, work with internal partners to document and support compliance with service level agreements, and improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing services and processes.
